This is a product under development by a company in China (several other companies, including Samsung, have similar devices planned), a full-featured cellular phone, worn on your wrist.  Fans of classic sci fi such as Buck Rogers will have a field day with their new wrist communicators.  My one question is: who wants to have to talk into their wrist all the time, and will you need to put the thing up to your ear to hear the person you're talking to?  Hopefully these problems will all be figured out by the time we see these in a couple years.
